Grace House Graduates exists to ensure that young people are not left behind when they reach adulthood.
Our mission is to support adults aged 18–50 with disabilities and hidden disabilities across Sunderland and the wider North East, providing inclusive day services that promote independence, wellbeing, confidence, and meaningful community connections. We exist to ensure that young people supported by Grace House are not left behind when they reach adulthood.
